Roxas City – The Metro Roxas Water District employees assigned in the frontline service had a two-day seminar-workshop on “Quality Customer Services and Values Orientation Workshop” last July 27-28, 2013 held at the main office.

This aims to further improve the customer services of the MRWD by enhancing the knowledge and skills of its personnel in handling customers needs and concerns.

The advanced training course outline includes: Customer Service Setting in the Water District; Review of MRWD Customer Relations Service Scheme; Customer Service Principles; Values Alignment; and Action Planning.

.The said workshop was facilitated by Mr. Armando Flores Sibal, Consultant – Human Resources Development Division of the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA).

“This is taking the MRWD’s customer service another step further in the aim of upgrading the quality of service being delivered by the District in order to be more responsive to the needs of the customers”, said General Manager, Glen Delgado
