Cebu City – “Tubi Newsletter” the official publication of MRWD bagged 3rd place in the prestigious Search for Best Publication Award – newsletter category during the 36th Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) Annual Convention held at the Water Front Convention Center, Lahug, Cebu City on February 5, 2015.

It’s been one year now that the Metro Roxas Water District (MRWD) established its official Tubi Newsletter and continuously supports its remarkable quarterly publication of substance information for the benefit of its concessionaires. In line with the MRWD’s objective of providing helpful information, the members of the Tubi Newsletter were encouraged to be more participative and cooperative.
