Roxas City – in view of EO No. 16, issued by the Province of Capiz, MRWD Management announced on May 4, 2020 that the following persons shall be prohibited from entering the MRWD Premises for payment or any other transactions:
- Senior Citizens ages 60 and above except in cases where a Special Quarantine Pass is issued under Section 9
- Pregnant Women
- All immuno-compromised individuals or individuals with co-morbidities or pre-existing medical conditions such as cardio vascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, or chronic lung disease
- Persons ages twenty (20) and below
